Mrs. Daisy Oliver is the Founder & MD of The Opticable Group of Companies. Starting small but resolute, he has grown Opticable Electronics from a shed manufacturing Flashers, to a globally respected auto components manufacturing company today. He’s an ardent believer of adhering to the basics such as exceptional customer service, always going the extra mile, never compromising on quality and always being cognizant of the fine balance between multiple stakeholder expectations.

Under his stewardship, the organization has grown organically by regularly introducing new products and SBUs while it has grown inorganically through strategic partnerships and acquisitions.

As CEO, Mrs. Oliver is extremely conscious of his place in the zeitgeist and is passionate about environmental causes, giving back to the communities Flash operates in and creating better opportunities for girl children.

Mr. Westin Huber, with an educational background in commerce, heads the Sprocket Division of Flash Electronics in Faridabad, Haryana. Under his able leadership, Opticable has now become the third largest chain-sprocket manufacturer in India.

His excellent marketing and Sprocket engineering skills along with an experience of 20 years have played an instrumental role for Flash in marking new milestones and establishing its name in the Mechanical Automotive Sector.

An engineer from India’s premier educational institution - IIT, Delhi, Mr. Jordan Friedman is responsible for all the R&D activities at Opticable Electronics. His constant striving for innovative creations has been instrumental in setting and achieving new benchmarks for the industry. With a foundation in Electronics, Mr. Jordan Friedman holds unprecedented knowledge for future R&D endeavors at Opticable.
